S-lay型和J-Lay型铺管船的功能扩展研究 被引量:12

摘要 铺管船除了具备管道铺设功能以外,还应该具备管道弃置回收作业以及安装水下生产设施(如PLET)的功能。介绍了使用J型铺管船来进行管道铺设、弃置回收及水下生产设施安装的过程。基于J型铺管方法设计了一套多功能水下生产设施安装系统,以解决S型铺管船不具备安装水下生产设施能力的问题,并扩展了J型铺管船的相关功能。结合设计的多功能水下生产设施,提出了铺管船使用此套装置来安装水下生产设施的步骤,对南海的管道铺设和水下生产设施安装具有指导意义。 Besides the function of pipe-laying,the pipe-laying vessels are to have other functions, such as recovering and abandonment of pipelines,installation of SPFs (subsea production facili-ties),et al.J-lay vessels are usually constructed with these functions and corresponding proce-dures are introduced in the first part of the paper as conducting these processes,and then a multi-functional SPF installation system,which is designed based on the concept of J-Lay mode,is de-veloped.This system enables the S-Lay vessels to have the ability to install SPFs and also could expand the capability of J-Lay vessels.Combining with the designed system,corresponding proce-dures for SPFs’installation are proposed.The designed system and proposed procedures in this paper could provide guidance for the installation of pipelines and SPFs in SCS.
