大数据驱动下的食品物流体系构建

摘要 全球食品供应链正面临日益增长的质量安全需求与动态复杂的运营环境间的矛盾,传统管理模式在实时响应风险、优化资源配置等方面存在显著局限。食品物流作为连接生产端与消费端的关键环节,其效率与安全性直接关系到民生保障及产业可持续发展,大数据技术通过重构信息获取、分析与决策流程,为供应链透明度提升、全链条协同优化提供了技术驱动力。因此,本文就大数据要素驱动的新型食品物流体系构建方法与实施路径展开探讨,以期为食品行业数字化转型提供理论参考,推动供应链韧性建设与资源损耗的突破。 The global food supply chain is facing the contradiction between the increasing quality and safety demand and the dynamic and complex operation environment,and the traditional management mode presents significant limitations in responding to real-time risk and optimizing resource allocation.Food logistics as a key link between production and consumption,its efficiency and safety are directly related to the protection of people's livelihood and the sustainable development of the industry.Big data technology provides a technical driving force for the improvement of supply chain transparency and the optimization of the whole chain through the reconstruction of information acquisition,analysis and decision-making process.Therefore,this paper discusses the construction method and implementation path of the new food logistics system driven by data elements,in the hope of providing theoretical references for the digital transformation of the food industry and promoting the breakthrough of supply chain toughness construction and resource loss.
