急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中情景式模拟法加翻转课堂的运用效果 被引量:1

The Application Effect of Scenario Based Simulation Method Combined with Flipped Classroom in Standardized Training and Teaching for Emer-gency Resident Physicians

摘要 目的分析情景式模拟法联合翻转课堂应用于急诊住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学中的效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月梧州市红十字会医院急诊科30名住培医师为研究对象,分为参比组、研究组,各15名。参比组采用情景式模拟教学法,研究组采用情景式模拟法加翻转课堂教学。比较两组考核成绩、综合能力及教学满意度评分。结果研究组理论知识成绩为(96.58±1.13)分、实践操作成绩为(94.67±1.16)分,均高于参比组的(92.39±1.86)分、(89.25±2.43)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.456,7.795;P均<0.001)。研究组综合能力各项评分、教学满意度各项评分均高于参比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论情景式模拟法联合翻转课堂应用于急诊住培教学中可提高住培医师考核成绩、综合能力及教学满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of situational simulation method combined with flipped classroom in the teaching of standardized training for emergency resident physicians(referred to as resident training).Methods Thirty resident physicians in the Department of Emergency of Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the reference group and the study group,with fifteen phy-sicians in each group.The reference group adopted the situational simulation teaching method,while the study group adopted the situational simulation method combined with flipped classroom teaching.Compared the assessment scores,comprehensive abilities and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the study group were 96.58±1.13 and 94.67±1.16 respectively,which were both higher than 92.39±1.86 and 89.25±2.43 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.456,7.795;both P<0.001).The scores of comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction in the study group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation method combined with flipped classroom in emergency resident training teaching can improve the assessment scores,comprehensive abilities and teaching satisfaction resident physicians.
