基于多学科协作案例库的CBL教学法在研究生教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探究基于多学科协作案例库的CBL教学法在医学专业学位研究生规范化培训教学的应用。方法:依托医院信息系统教学模块与不同学科网络教学资源构建案例库,评价案例库教学学生实践技能和临床科研水平。结果:与常规教学相比,试验组三年级学生实践技能考核成绩;科研选题、文献检索和科研设计更优,学生对案例库满意度高。结论:基于多学科协作案例库的CBL教学法有助于提升医学专业硕士临床实践与科研思维。 Objective:To explore the application of a Case-Based Learning(CBL)approach based on a multidisciplinary collaborative case library in the standardized training of professional degree postgraduate medical students.Methods:A case library was developed using the hospital information system's teaching module and online teaching resources from various disciplines.The impact of this teaching model on students'practical skills and clinical research capabilities was evaluated.Results:Compared to traditional teaching,third-year students in the experimental group showed improved performance in practical skill assessments,research topic selection,literature retrieval,and research design.Student satisfaction with the case library was high.Conclusion:The multidisciplinary case-based CBL model enhances clinical practice and research thinking among medical professional master's students.
