摘要
目的分析PDCA护理管理对胃肠外科护士手卫生知识掌握水平产生的影响。方法选取2023年11月—2024年11月永州市中心医院胃肠外科的16名护士为研究对象,2023年11月—2024年4月开展常规护理管理纳入参照组,2024年5—11月开展PDCA护理管理纳入分析组。对比两组护士手卫生知识掌握情况、手卫生依从率。结果分析组手卫生清洁消毒用品掌握情况为(19.46±0.13)分、手卫生执行时机掌握情况为(19.52±0.14)分、手卫生操作方法掌握情况为(19.57±0.11)分,均高于参照组的(19.04±0.21)分、(19.11±0.23)分、(19.14±0.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.802,6.090,6.092;P均<0.05)。分析组护士手卫生依从率略高于参照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论在为胃肠外科护士进行管理时,开展PDCA护理管理可以拓展护士手卫生相关认知,一定程度上提升护士手卫生依从率。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA nursing management on the level of hand hygiene knowledge of gastrointestinal surgery nurses.Methods A total of sixteen nurses in Department of Gastrointestinal of Yongzhou Cen-tral Hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the research objects.The routine nursing man-agement from November 2023 to April 2024 was included in the reference group,and the PDCA nursing management from May to November 2024 was included in the analysis group.The hand hygiene knowledge and hand hygiene com-pliance rate of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The scores of mastery of hand hygiene cleaning and disinfection products,the mastery of hand hygiene execution time,the mastery of hand hygiene operation methods were 19.46±0.13,19.52±0.14 and 19.57±0.11 in the analysis group,which were higher than 19.04±0.21,19.11±0.23,19.14±0.26 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.802,6.090,6.092;all P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance rate of nurses in the analysis group was slightly higher than that in the reference group,but the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion In the management of gastrointes-tinal surgery nurses,PDCA nursing management can expand nurses'hand hygiene related cognition and improve nurses'hand hygiene compliance rate to a certain extent.
