摘要
鉴于我国医疗资源分布不均衡,基层医疗机构在医疗卫生人才和技术水平方面难以满足群众健康需求,本文研究了优质医疗资源下沉对基层卫生人才培养的影响及相应对策。通过分析优质医疗资源下沉的形式,探讨其对提升基层卫生人才专业技能、强化医学生实践能力、优化医疗人才队伍整体素质等方面的积极影响。针对资源下沉过程中面临核心医院专家下沉意愿不足、培训体系不完善、人才激励机制缺失等诸多挑战,提出相应对策建议,旨在为提升基层医疗人才的培养效果,构建可持续发展的医疗卫生服务体系提供参考。
In view of the uneven distribution of medical resources in our country,primary medical institutions have difficulty meeting the health needs of the people in terms of medical and health talents and technical levels.This paper studies the impact of the downward flow of high-quality medical resources on the cultivation of primary health talents and the corresponding countermeasures.By analyzing the forms of the downward flow of high-quality medical resources,this paper explores its positive impacts on enhancing the professional skills of grassroots medical talents,strengthening the practical abilities of medical students,and optimizing the overall quality of the medical talent team.In response to the numerous challenges faced during the process of resource sink,such as insufficient willingness of experts from core hospitals to go down,an imperfect training system,and the absence of a talent incentive mechanism,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,aiming to provide references for improving the training effect of primary medical talents and building a sustainable medical and health service system.
