摘要
目的 比较新型与传统缝合材料在腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术中的效果,评估其对术后恢复的影响。方法 回顾性选取2021年1月—2024年1月陇南市第一人民医院收治的62例胃穿孔患者的临床资料,根据所用缝合材料的类型分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。观察组使用的新型材料为可吸收缝合线。对照组使用的是传统的非吸收性缝合材料(涤纶线)。比较两组并发症发生率、伤口愈合时间及术后恢复指标。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组伤口愈合时间为(8.30±2.20)d,短于对照组的(12.10±3.10)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.242,P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间、白细胞计数恢复正常时间、血红蛋白水平恢复正常时间、腹腔内积液量、术后开始进食时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 使用新型缝合材料的腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者显示出较快的恢复速度和较低的并发症发生率。新型材料优越的生物相容性和抗感染性能可能是其显著改善术后恢复的关键因素。
Objective To compare the effect of new and traditional suture materials in laparoscopic gastric perforation repair,and to evaluate its effect on postoperative recovery.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with gastric perforation in Longnan First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the type of suture material used,they were divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The new material used in the observation group was absorbable suture.The control group used a traditional non-absorbent suture material(polyester thread).The complication rate,wound healing time and postoperative recovery index were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was(8.30±2.20)d,which was shorter than(12.10±3.10)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.242,P<0.05).The average hospitalization time,white blood cell count recovery time,hemoglobin level recovery time,intra-abdominal effusion volume and postoperative feeding time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair using new suture materials show faster recovery and lower incidence of complications.The superior biocompatibility and anti-infection properties of the new materials may be the key factors to significantly improve postoperative recovery.
