摘要
目的 以牙周功能改善情况评估牙周-正畸治疗用于侵袭性牙周炎临床治疗的成效。方法选取2018年6月—2023年6月高密市人民医院收治的83例侵袭性牙周炎患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=41,采取基础性牙周治疗)和观察组(n=42,在对照组基础上进行正畸治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、牙周功能、龈沟液胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(thymic stromal lymphopoetin,TSLP)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-33、IL-10及美观度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.463,P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组出血指数、牙龈指数、菌斑指数得分、TSLP、IL-33水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平、牙齿形状、牙齿色泽、与邻牙的关系得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 牙周功能评估结果表明,牙周-正畸治疗用于侵袭性牙周炎临床疗效更为理想,有效改善牙周功能,并可抑制炎症反应,促使牙齿美观度恢复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of periodontal-orthodontic treatment on the clinical treatment of aggressive periodontitis by improving periodontal function.Methods A total of 83 patients with aggressive periodontitis admitted to People's Hospital of Gaomi from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=41,basic periodontal treatment)and observation group(n=42,orthodontic treatment on the basis of control group)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,periodontal function,thy-mic stromal lymphopoetin(TSLP),interleukin(IL)-33,IL-10 and aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 75.61%(31/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.463,P<0.05).One month after treatment,the scores of bleeding index,gingival index,plaque index,TSLP and IL-33 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while IL-10 level,the scores of tooth shape,tooth color and the relationship with adjacent teeth were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The results of periodontal function evaluation showed that periodontal-orthodontic treatment was more effective in the clinical treatment of aggressive periodontitis.Periodontal function could be effectively improved,and inflammatory response could be inhibited to promote the recovery of tooth aesthetics.
