侵袭性牙周炎牙周与正畸联合治疗一例 被引量：4

摘要 侵袭性牙周炎患者往往在年轻时牙周组织就已经发生较严重的破坏，牙齿移位是常她的伴发症状，这对患者的外貌、心理、社会交代都带来较大影响，患者大多迫切希望通过正畸治疗排齐牙齿。但由于牙周支持组织的大量破坏，正畸治疗风险较高。因此，如何通过有效的牙周治疗控制炎症、终止疾痫的进展并保持牙周状况稳定，成为顺利开展正畸治疗的重要前提。现报道1例经过牙周与正畸联合治疗的侵袭性牙圈炎病例，以供参考。
