摘要
阿甘本的生命政治学为人们审视当代资本主义治理危机提供了一个透镜。当代资本主义治理危机的根源在于权力对生命的赤裸化。民族国家的正当性危机是当代资本主义治理危机的极致呈现形式。例外状态的常态化既是当代资本主义的治理机制,又是其危机的生成机制。危机最终引发了神圣人普遍化的效应,实现了权力对生命宰制的彻底化和普遍化。为了消解危机,需要以“纯粹性使用”的生存实践消解资本主义的法律关系,彻底破坏资本主义的生命政治分隔装置,最终实现生命的救赎。然而,该方案既因具有典型的弥赛亚主义色彩而被质疑是否具有可操作性,又因缺乏彻底的唯物史观立场而陷于肤浅的政治决定论谬误。
Agamben’s biopolitics provides a lens for examining the crisis of contemporary capitalist governance.The root cause of the crisis of governance in contemporary capitalism lies in the nakedness of power over life.The legitimacy crisis of the nation-state is the extreme manifestation of the crisis of governance of contemporary capitalism.The normalization of the state of exception is both the governance mechanism of contemporary capitalism and the generation mechanism of its crisis.The crisis ultimately triggered the effect of universalization of the sacred man,realizing the thorough and universal domination of life by power.In order to resolve the crisis,it is necessary to dissolve the legal relationship of capitalism through the existential practice of“pure use”,completely end the biopolitical separation device of capitalism,and finally realize the redemption of life.However,this plan is both difficult to operate due to its typical messianic color,and falls into the fallacy of superficial political determinism due to the lack of a thorough view of historical materialism.
