摘要
目的分析良性阵发性位置性眩晕经手法复位后残余头晕患者开展耳穴压丸护理的临床效果。方法方法随机对我院2023年1月-2023年12月接收的100例良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残余头晕患者分组,对照组(n=50):常规护理;观察组(n=50):耳穴压丸护理;对比两组干预效果。结果结果干预后DHI评分、心理状态评分对比,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);满意度、生活质量评分对比,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位后残余头晕患者,可以进一步加强耳穴压丸护理,从而改善患者头晕症状,减轻负面心理情绪,进而获得患者更高的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of auricular point pressure pill nursing in patients with residual dizziness after manual reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods 100 patients with residual dizziness after manual reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo received in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into groups.Control group(n=50):routine nursing;Observation group(n=50):auricular point pressure pill care;the effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results DHI score and mental state score after intervention were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction and quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with residual dizziness after manual reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,we can further strengthen the care of auricular point pressure pill,so as to improve the symptoms of dizziness and reduce the negative psychological emotions of patients,so as to achieve higher nursing satisfaction of patients.
