良性阵发性位置性眩晕治疗方法分析＊ 被引量：11

摘要 良性阵发性位置性眩晕（beni gn par oxys malpositi onal verti go,BPP V）是最常见的眩晕性疾病之一,是引起周围性眩晕的主要病因,约占17 % ～20 %[1]。1921年首先由Bar any[2]描述了BPP V特征,主要表现为当头部运动到某一特定位置时诱发短暂性眩晕;1952年由Di x和Hall pi ke详细描述并为其命名[3];1969年至1979年由Schucknecht[4]和Hall[5]等分别提出了嵴帽结石症和管石症的理论,此后随着对其病理生理的进一步认识而受到医师的广泛认可。在该理论基础上,针对导致耳石脱落的学说诞生了多种治疗方法,并随着治疗效果而逐渐得到广泛应用,但是由于具体治疗细节尚无规范化,因此在一些问题上引起了广泛的争议。近年随着国内对BPP V的认识越来越深入,相关研究也逐渐增多,但多数研究还是以探讨手法复位的疗效为主,对某些引起争论的问题和治疗中的细节与难点问题没有深入的研究。本文针对这一现象,对国内外相关文献进行分析,以期为进一步深入研究BPP V和规范化治疗提供科学依据。
