摘要
美国大学“可免试入学”政策的变迁历程,深刻体现了制度变迁的复杂性与动态性。通过对其历史脉络系统梳理,基于历史制度主义深度剖析这一政策从标准化考试的路径依赖到多元化评价理念重塑的制度变迁逻辑。美国大学“可免试入学”政策变迁经历渐进发展、突变转型、多元融合三个阶段,在大学、学生和社会的互动中呈现出自我锁定效应、外部突破效应与协同互动效应。在综合改革的背景下,高校招生政策应突破锁定效应、路径依赖,力求多方协同实现政策创新,提高高校招生的公平性与有效性。
The evolution of the“exemption from entrance examination”policy in American universities deeply reflects the complexity and dynamism of institutional changes under the framework of historical institutionalism theory.Through a systematic analysis of its historical context,driving mechanisms,and subject interactions,the article dissects the institutional transformation logic of this policy from path dependence on standardized exams to reshaping the concept of diversified evaluation.The evolution of the“exemption from entrance examination”policy in American universities has gone through three stages:gradual development,sudden transformation,and diverse integration.It is the result of the influence of institutional systems,market competition,and cultural concepts,which together shape the complex landscape of policy evolution in the interaction among universities,students,and society.
