摘要
随着随迁子女教育政策的变革,家庭在随迁子女教育机会获得中的作用不断加强。将农民工家庭按照职业性质和经济收入进行阶层划分,探究积分入学政策下农民工家庭的择校策略。在积分入学行动中,农民工家庭形成了群体差异的择校策略,即老板型家庭采取“转化资本”策略;雇工型家庭采取“积少成多”策略;零工型家庭采取“顺其自然”策略。积分入学政策强调“能力至上”,但积分指标的多元化特征为农民工家庭预留了制度空间。家庭资本存量高的随迁子女积分成功的可能性较大,家庭资本存量低的随迁子女也有机会积分成功。在积分意愿驱动下,家庭资本存量低的农民工家庭作为能动的行动者充分利用积分入学政策的制度空间努力积分。农民工家庭对子女的教育期望在积分入学过程中起到调节作用。家庭资本、积分意愿、教育期望共同形成了农民工家庭的积分动力。对积分入学政策下农民工家庭择校策略的研究,有助于对我国随迁子女教育政策实施效果的评估与随迁子女教育问题的解决。
With the reform of the education policy for children of migrant workers,the role of families in accessing educational opportunities for these children has been continuously strengthened.Migrant worker families are stratified by occupational nature and economic income to explore the school-selection strategies of migrant worker families with children under the pointsbased admission policy.In the points-based admission process,migrant worker families have formed group-differentiated school-selection strategies.Specifically,the boss-type families adopt the strategy of"transforming capital";employee-type families adopt the strategy of"accumulating bit by bit";and casual-labor-type families adopt the strategy of"letting nature take its course".The points-based admission policy emphasizes"meritocracy",but the diversified characteristics of point indicators have reserved institutional space for migrant worker families with children.Migrant children from families with high family capital stocks are more likely to succeed in point accumulation,while those from families with low family capital stocks also have opportunities for success.Driven by the willingness to accumulate points,migrant worker families with low family capital stocks,as active agents,fully leverage the institutional space of the points-based admission policy to strive for point accumulation.The educational expectations of migrant worker families for their children play a regulatory role in the points-based admission process.Family capital,the willingness to accumulate points,and educational expectations jointly form the driving force for migrant worker families to accumulate points.The study of the school-selection strategies of migrant worker families with children under the points-based admission policy contributes to evaluating the implementation effect of China's education policy for migrant children and resolving their educational issues.
