MOS管在GZ-GS10k-15DAM发射机功放模块中的应用

摘要 作为发射机功放模块的重要组成部分,金属-氧化物-半导体场效应晶体管(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor,MOSFET)(以下简称MOS管)的特性直接影响着发射机的整体性能。在深入研究MOS管工作原理的基础上,利用仿真软件对MOS管的特性进行动态模拟,结合仿真实验的分析结论,进一步探讨MOS管在GZ-GS10k-15数字幅度调制(Digital Amplitude Modulation,DAM)发射机功放模块中的应用,并提出针对MOS管的检测方法和处置建议,以期为技术人员快速掌握MOS管的维护检修方法提供参考。 As an important part of transmitter power amplifier module,the characteristics of Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor(MOSFET)(hereinafter referred to as MOS tube)directly affect the overall performance of transmitter.On the basis of in-depth study of the operating principle of MOS tube,the characteristics of MOS tube are dynamically simulated by simulation software.Combined with the analysis conclusion of simulation experiment,the application of MOS tube is further discussed in GZ-GS10k-15 Digital Amplitude Modulation(DAM)transmitter.The detection method and disposal suggestions for MOS tube are put forward,in order to provide reference for technicians to quickly master the maintenance and repair methods of MOS tube.
