摘要
随着我国高炉产量的不断增加,小型高炉已经逐步被淘汰,取而代之的是中小型高炉,目前中小型高炉主流的炉前设备是KDT400型液压泥炮与KD1A型开铁口机和YP4000T型液压泥炮与KJ4000T型开铁口机,本文针对两组设备的布置情况、结构特点以及技术参数等方面进行了比较,根据不同的参数要求、使用习惯进行了产品组合推荐。
With the continuous increase of blast furnace output in China,small blast furnaces have been gradually eliminated and replaced by small and medium-sized blast furnaces.At present,the mainstream equipment of small and medium-sized blast furnaces is KDT400 hydraulic mud gun and KD1 A type taphole machine and YP4000T type hydraulic mud gun and KJ4000T type taphole machine.This paper compares the layout,structural characteristics and technical parameters of the two groups of equipment,and recommends the product portfolio according to different parameter requirements and usage habits.
