摘要
借助虚拟样机技术,建立了转臂折叠式开铁口机的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了运动学、动力学仿真分析。研究了旋转机构的几何尺寸对轨梁的运动轨迹及其速度变化的影响。为结构的进一步优化和机构动态特性的进一步改善提供了有意义的理论依据。
The article applies virtual prototyping ( VP) to tap hole drill with folding rotating mechanism, simulating its kinetic and dynamic character; studying trace and velocity variety of trace beam during of the top hole drill rotating. It provides useful proof for further optimization of mechanism.
