摘要
在“双碳”目标驱动下,饲料行业绿色转型亟须数字技术创新作为支撑。文章基于价值链重构与数字技术耦合逻辑,系统剖析了饲料企业绿色转型的理论路径及其对数字创新人才的核心需求,提出当前饲料行业数字创新人才培养存在的问题,针对性地提出核心课程优化、AR/VR标准化实训体系建设等解决方案。通过深化教育链、产业链与创新链融合,为饲料行业构建“双碳”适配的数字创新人才供给机制提供理论与实践参考。
Driven by the“Dual Carbon Goals,”the green transformation of the feed industry urgently requires support from digital technology innovation.Based on the coupling logic of value chain restructuring and digital technologies,this paper systematically analyzes the theoretical pathways for green transformation in feed enterprises and their core demand for digital innovation talent.It identifies existing problems in the cultivation of digital innovation talent for the feed industry and proposes targeted solutions,such as optimizing core courses and establishing standardized AR/VR training systems.By deepening the integration of the educational,industrial,and innovation chains,the paper aims to provide theoretical and practical references for constructing a dual-carbon-compatible digital innovation talent supply mechanism in the feed industry.
