摘要
随着全球电子商务的快速发展,跨境电商已成为推动农村经济发展的新动力。新农科理念深度推动了教育与农业产业的紧密融合,通过现代科技革新农业教育,以满足国家发展需求。通过剖析新农科内涵,对比传统农业科学的变迁,结合农村跨境电商现状,探讨新农科视角下的人才培养思路与原则。针对课程体系、校企合作、实训基地等教育瓶颈,从教学体系的构建思路与原则、跨境电商人才培养模式构建、人才培养配套措施体系建设等层面探讨农村跨境电商人才培养模式变革,为高校、企业培养新农科背景下的跨境电商人才提供借鉴参考。
With the rapid development of global e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce has become a new driving force for promoting rural economic development.The new agricultural science concept has deeply promoted the close integration of education and agricultural industry,and through modern technological innovation in agricultural education,meets the needs of national development.By analyzing the connotation of new agricultural science,comparing the changes in traditional agricultural science,and combining with the current situation of rural cross-border e-commerce,this paper explores the talent cultivation ideas and principles from the perspective of new agricultural science.In response to educational bottlenecks such as curriculum system,school enterprise cooperation,and practical training bases,this article explores the reform of rural cross-border e-commerce talent training mode from the perspectives of teaching system construction ideas and principles,cross-border e-commerce talent training mode construction,and talent training supporting measures system construction,providing reference for universities and enterprises to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents under the background of new agricultural science.
