摘要
在乡村振兴战略背景下,饲料产业作为现代农业的核心支撑,不仅肩负着保障粮食安全与农产品供给的使命,而且在激活农业经济,吸纳农村劳动力等方面发挥了重要作用。具体来看,乡村振兴战略主要通过政策引导、产业融合、人才培育等多维度措施,推动饲料产业就业扩容与质量提升。为构建以产业促就业、以就业带增收的良性循环,文章从饲料产业的就业现状入手,深入研究了应对策略,以期实现就业数量与就业质量的双重提升,从而为饲料产业高质量发展奠定坚实的人才基础。
Under the background of rural revitalization,the feed industry,as the core support of modern agriculture,not only shoulders the mission of ensuring food security and agricultural product supply,but also plays a significant role in activating the agricultural economy and absorbing the rural labor force.Specifically,the rural revitalization strategy mainly promotes the expansion and quality improvement of employment in the feed industry through multi-dimensional measures such as policy guidance,industrial integration,and talent cultivation.To build a virtuous cycle of promoting employment through industry and increasing income through employment,this paper starts from the employment status of the feed industry and conducts in-depth research on countermeasures,aiming to achieve a dual improvement in employment quantity and quality,thereby laying a solid talent foundation for the high-quality development of the feed industry.
