摘要
针对城市更新及人口老龄化背景下老旧小区公共交通空间的适老化改造展开研究。通过系统分析老旧小区现状及存在问题,提出改造原则与措施。研究分析现有老旧小区公共交通空间存在的多方面问题,明确改造需遵循以人为本、安全舒适、无障碍等原则,从社区出入口、步行系统、车行系统、停车空间及楼内交通空间等方面提出具体改造措施。研究成果可提升老年人出行的安全性、便利性与舒适性,增强其社区参与感与社会融入感,构建老年友好型宜居社区。
This paper investigates age-friendly renovations of public transportation spaces in aging urban neighborhoods within the context of urban renewal and population aging.Through systematic analysis of current conditions and identified issues,the study proposes guiding principles and practical measures for transformation.The research highlights multifaceted challenges in existing transportation spaces of aged communities,emphasizing the importance of people-oriented design,safety,comfort,and barrier-free access.Specific renovation strategies are formulated across five key dimensions:community entrances,pedestrian systems,vehicular networks,parking facilities,and intra-building circulation spaces.The proposed interventions aim to enhance travel safety,convenience,and comfort for elderly residents,foster their social participation and community integration,and ultimately contribute to the development of age-friendly and livable urban neighborhoods.
