湿陷性黄土地区素土挤密桩成孔质量控制研究

摘要 某高层住宅小区地基为湿陷性黄土,采用沉管静压素土挤密桩施工技术来增强地基的强度和承载性能。通过调查分析,确定影响沉管挤密桩成孔质量的5个要因:设备就位不准、桩管倾斜、桩管直径控制不准确、施工顺序不符合工艺要求、桩管提升过快。针对此类问题,提出相应的解决对策与实施措施,有效提高了沉管静压素土挤密桩一次成孔质量,为湿陷性黄土地区工程结构的地基处理提供参考。 The foundation of a high-rise residential community is made of collapsible loess,the construction tech⁃nology of using immersed tube static pressure plain soil compaction pile is adopted to enhance the strength and bear⁃ing performance of the foundation.Through investigation and analysis,it has been determined that the five main factors affecting the quality of borehole formation for immersed tube compaction piles are inaccurate equipment po⁃sitioning,tilting of pile tubes,inaccurate control of pile tube diameter,construction sequence not meeting process requirements,and excessive lifting of pile tubes.Corresponding solutions and implementation measures have been proposed to address such issues,effectively improving the quality of one-time hole formation for immersed tube static pressure soil compaction piles.This provides a reference for the foundation treatment of engineering structures in collapsible loess areas.
