摘要
研究了钻井液压力对地面钻孔塑性区的影响,并在现场进行应用。钻孔施工期间,钻井液压力9.88~11.29 MPa,钻孔塑性区趋于0,成孔质量好;掏煤期间,采取排出钻井液措施,扩大了钻孔塑性区范围,平均掏出煤量提高26%;最后,将钻井液压力增大至煤层起裂压力以上,各钻孔互联互通,提高了钻孔卸压效果。研究结果验证了合理控制钻井液压力,可提高地面钻孔成孔质量及卸压效果。
Investigates the influence of drilling fluid pressure on the plastic zone of ground drilling and its application in the field.During the drilling process,the drilling fluid pressure was maintained between 9.88-11.29 MPa,which led to a reduction of the plastic zone to nearly 0 and ensured good borehole quality.During coal extraction,the implementation of drilling fluid drainage measures expanded the plastic zone range,increasing the average coal extraction volume by 26%.Finally,the drilling fluid pressure was increased to above the coal seam fracturing pressure achieved interconnection among all boreholes,significantly enhancing pressure relief effectiveness.The results demonstrate that reasonable control of drilling fluid pressure can improve both the borehole quality and the depressurization effect of ground drilling.
