新质生产力背景下职业教育“五金”协同创新的动因、困境与路径 被引量:5

Motivation,Challenges and Paths of Collaborative Innovation of“Five Golden Elements”in Vocational Education under the Background of New-quality Productive Forces

摘要 职业教育“五金”协同创新是推动职业教育高质量发展、助力教育强国建设的应然之举。在新质生产力背景下,国家宏观政策指引职业教育“五金”协同创新方向,时代发展需要孕育职业教育“五金”协同创新环境,数智技术升级支撑职业教育“五金”协同创新生态,共同为职业教育“五金”协同创新发展提供持续动能。现阶段,职业教育“五金”协同创新在适应新质生产力发展过程中,面临资源配置结构不合理、相关主体信息孤岛严峻、教师专业素养有待提升、监管评价机制不完善等困境。为提升职业教育“五金”协同创新成效,需要优化资源配置机制,确保资源高效整合与利用;构建信息协同平台,深化多方主体协同创新;培养数字素养,提高教师协同创新胜任力;建立科学监督评价机制,激发各方主体协同创新活力。 Collaborative innovation of the“five golden elements”in vocational education is a necessary approach to promote highquality development of vocational education and contribute to the construction of a powerful education country.Under the background of new-quality productive forces,national macro policies guide the direction of collaborative innovation in the“five golden elements”of vocational education,the development of the times necessitates the cultivation of an environment conducive to collaborative innovation in these elements,and the upgrading of digital and intelligent technologies supports the ecosystem for collaborative innovation in the“five golden elements”of vocational education,jointly providing sustained momentum for their collaborative innovation and development.At present,in the process of adapting to new-quality productive forces,collaborative innovation of the“five golden elements”in vocational education faces dilemmas such as irrational resources allocation structure,severe information silos among relevant stakeholders,the need to enhance teachers’professional competencies,and an imperfect regulatory and evaluation mechanism.To improve the effectiveness of collaborative innovation in the“five golden elements”of vocational education,it is essential to optimize the resources allocation mechanism to ensure efficient integration and utilization of resources;build an information collaboration platform to deepen collaborative innovation among multiple stakeholders;cultivate digital literacy to enhance teachers’collaborative innovation competencies;and establish a scientific supervision and evaluation mechanism to stimulate the collaborative innovation vitality of all parties involved.
