摘要
研究旨在探讨生成式AI创作对传统艺术创作方式的颠覆,以及由此引发的伦理困境与道德风险问题,重点分析生成式AI在艺术领域中的主体性争议、技术决定论与艺术自主性冲突、版权归属、真实性疑问等以及艺术价值与商业化之间的矛盾。通过学科的文献综述与理论分析方法,从技术、哲学、法律和社会等多角度入手,系统梳理生成式AI创作的技术基础、艺术生成机制及其在实际应用中的案例,并探讨其潜在的伦理风险及治理路径。研究表明,尽管生成式AI创作在推动艺术创作效率、形式创新及普及化方面具有积极意义,但同时也暴露出诸多伦理与法律争议,如创作者主体性混淆、技术对艺术自主性的不当侵蚀、版权及知识产权归属难题、作品真实性的质疑及商业化冲击艺术核心价值等问题。为此,建立健全技术监管和伦理规范体系、加强公众教育和社会认知引导成为缓解上述困境的重要路径。
This study aims to examine the disruption of traditional artistic creation methods by generative AI and the resulting ethical dilemmas and moral risks,with a focus on issues such as the dispute over the subjectivity of generative AI in art,the confict between technological determinism and artistic autonomy,challenges regarding copyright ownership,questions of authenticity,and the tension between artistic values and commercialization.Utilizing an interdisciplinary literature review and theoretical analysis,the research systematically outlines the technical foundations of generative AI creation,its art-generation mechanisms,and relevant application cases from technological,philosophical,legal,and societal perspectives,while exploring potential ethical risks and governance pathways.The findings indicate that although generative AI creation enhances artistic efficiency,fosters innovation in form,and promotes broader accessibility,it simultaneously exposes numerous ethical and legal controversies-including the blurring of creative subjectivity,the inappropriate encroachment of technology on artistic autonomy,difficulties in defining copyright and intellectual property rights,doubts about the authenticity of AI-generated works,and the impact of commercialization on the core values of art-thereby necessitating the establishment of a robust framework for technology regulation and ethical standards,as well as enhanced public education and socialawareness tomitigate these challenges.
