摘要
本文围绕人工智能生成内容(AIGC)在知识产权归属方面的问题展开研究,系统分析了现行中国知识产权法律通过研究。经研究,本文强调有必要从法律、伦理与社会等角度共同构建完善的AIGC知识产权治理体系。
This paper focuses on the issue of intellectual property rights attribution in the context of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC),and conducts a systematic analysis of the current Chinese intellectual property laws.Through the research,this paper emphasizes the necessity of jointly constructing a complete intellectual property governance system for AIGC from the perspectives of law,ethics,and society.
