SiO_(2)负载咪唑类离子液体催化CO_(2)合成碳酸丙烯酯研究

Synthesis of Propylene Carbonate from CO_(2) Catalyzed by SiO_(2) Supported Imidazoles Ionic Liquids

摘要 在“碳中和”和“碳达峰”的背景下,CO_(2)的转化利用受到了人们的广泛关注。环状碳酸酯因其新颖的结构和独特的性质,被广泛应用于新型高分子功能材料的合成,因此将CO_(2)转化为环状碳酸酯具有非常重要的意义。制备了一系列固载在SiO_(2)上的咪唑类非均相催化剂,分析了此类催化剂在高压反应釜中催化CO_(2)环加成反应的活性和催化剂的普遍适用性。结果表明:双咪唑非均相催化剂Si-Imi/Br-Imi/Br-COOH表现出良好的催化活性和选择性,多次循环使用后依旧保持较高的催化活性和稳定性,使用5次后仍可获得85%以上的碳酸丙烯酯收率。 In the context of"carbon neutrality"and"carbon peak",the conversion and utilization of CO_(2) has received extensive attention.Cyclic carbonate has been widely used in the synthesis of new polymer functional materials due to the novel structure and unique properties.Therefore,the conversion of CO_(2) to cyclic carbonates is of great significance.A series of imidazole heterogeneous catalysts supported on SiO_(2) were prepared,and their catalytic activity and general applicability for the cycloaddition of CO_(2) in high-pressure reactors were analyzed.The results showed that the diimidazole heterogeneous catalyst Si-Imi/Br-Imi/Br-COOH exhibited good catalytic activity and selectivity,and still maintained good catalytic performance after recycling for 5 times,the yield of propylene carbonate was over 85%.
