摘要
本文基于RCEP框架背景,聚焦中日跨境电商供应链整合问题。通过系统分析供应链整合理论、跨境电商理论和区域经济一体化理论,结合中日跨境电商发展现状,深入探讨RCEP框架下中日跨境电商供应链整合策略。研究采用定性分析与案例分析相结合的方法,重点从物流网络、信息系统、通关流程和支付体系四个维度提出整合策略。研究发现,RCEP为中日跨境电商供应链整合提供了重要制度红利,但当前仍存在物流网络碎片化、信息系统割裂、通关效率低下等问题。基于此,本文提出构建多层级物流节点网络、建立统一数据交换平台、推进通关单一窗口互联互通、实施支付体系跨境融合等策略,以期为促进中日跨境电商高质量发展提供理论指导与实践参考。
This paper,based on the framework of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),focuses on the integration of cross-border e-commerce supply chains between China and Japan.By systematically analyzing theories of supply chain integration,cross-border e-commerce,and regional economic integration,and combining the current development status of cross-border e-commerce between China and Japan,it deeply explores the integration strategies of cross-border e-commerce supply chains between China and Japan under the RCEP framework.This paper adopts a method combining qualitative analysis and case analysis,and proposes integration strategies from four dimensions:logistics network,information system,customs clearance process,and payment system.The study finds that RCEP provides significant institutional dividends for the integration of cross-border e-commerce supply chains between China and Japan,but there are still problems,such as fragmented logistics networks,disconnected information systems,and low customs clearance efficiency.Based on this,the paper proposes strategies such as building a multi-level logistics node network,establishing a unified data exchange platform,promoting interconnectivity through a single customs window,and advancing the cross-border integration of payment systems,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance and practical references for the high-quality development of China–Japan cross-border e-commerce.
