摘要
目的:本研究旨在评价国内外不同产地决明子的质量差异,并对其进行质量评价。方法:参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)的要求,对10批次不同产地决明子的显微特征、水分、总灰分、黄曲霉毒素残留量、有机氯农药残留量等指标进行分析,决明子中大黄酚、橙黄决明素采用薄层色谱定性鉴别、高效液相色谱法定量。结果:10批次不同产地决明子除新野县产决明子出现灰分超标情况,其余指标均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定;不同产地决明子的有效成分(橙黄决明素、大黄酚)含量存在较大差异,产自河南的决明子有效成分含量最高。结论:不同产地的决明子质量存在差异,产自河南的决明子质量较好。
Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality differences of Cassia seeds from different origins both at home and abroad.Method:The microscopic characteristics,moisture,total ash,aflatoxin residue,organochlorine pesticide residue and other indexes of Cassia seeds from ten different origins were analyzed with reference to the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition),and chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin in Cassia seeds were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography and quantified by high performance liquid chromatography.Result:10 batches of Cassia seeds from different origins,except for Cassia seeds from Xinye county,the ash content exceeded the standard,and the other indicators were in line with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China.There were great differences in the content of the active ingredients(aurantio-obtusin and chrysophanol)in different origins,and the active ingredient content of Cassia seeds from Henan was the highest.Conclusion:The quality of Cassia seeds from different origins differed,and the Cassia seeds from Henan may have the best quality.
