摘要
香茅精油为香茅植株中的挥发性成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗癌等多种生物活性。本文系统分析了香茅精油的主要活性成分及其生物活性,并对香茅精油在食品保鲜中的应用研究进行概述,旨在促进天然产物在食品安全及保鲜领域的开发和利用。
Cymbopogon citratus essential oil is a volatile component in citronella plants,which has a variety of biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and anti-cancer.In this paper,the main active components and biological activities of Cymbopogon citratus essential oil were systematically analyzed,and the application research of Cymbopogon citratus essential oil in food preservation was summarized,aiming to promote the development and utilization of natural products in the field of food safety and preservation.
