摘要
以柠檬醛、香叶醇为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法对广西、云南两地香茅草进行含量测定,并通过DPPH·法测定不同产地香茅草甲醇提取物清除自由基的能力,并计算不同产地香茅草甲醇提取物清除50%自由基时样品浓度(IC50值)。实验结果表明所用方法简便、快捷、重复性好、准确度高,可用于香茅草药材质量控制方法,云、桂两地香茅草醇提物均有清除自由基能力,具有较大的开发利用前景。
In this study, we determined geraniol and citral concentrations as well as their free radical scavenging capacity in Cymbopogon citratus from Guangxi and Yunnan provinces by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method. The scavenging activity was obtained by the methanol extracts of Cymbopogon citratus against DPPH free radical and calculated by removing 50% of free radical concentration(IC50) by Cymbopogon citratus from different sources. The developed method from the present work is simple, quick, reproducible and accurate, which should be helpful for the quality control of the Cymbopogon citratus. In addition, we established that the methanol extracts of Cymbopogon citratus from different sources possess considerable scavenging effect on DPPH, demonstrating a great potential of the development value.
