复式高填明洞合理间距的影响分析

Influence Analysis on Rational Spacing of Composite High Fill Open Cut Tunnel

摘要 合理的复式高填明洞间距对衬砌结构和周围土体的力学性质有改善,提高结构安全性。本研究基于有限差分软件FLAC3D,建立复式高填明洞模型,分析回填土体内部的土压力、位移,以及衬砌结构的力学特征。结果表明:明洞间距变大,相邻衬砌结构之间的相互影响越来越小,结构趋向与分离式隧道。在明洞间距增加过程中,衬砌结构上方位置区域内土体的应力和位移呈增大趋势;衬砌结构同高度区域土体的水平向和竖向应力均随着间距增加而变大;衬砌结构的轴力和弯矩和明洞间距呈现正相关趋势,但是增加幅度较小,明洞间距到一定数值后,对衬砌结构轴力和弯矩失去影响。因此,在设计和施工过程中,对于复式高填结构的衬砌间距需控制在合理范围。 The rational spacing of composite high fill open cut tunnel can improve lining structure,surrounding soil mechanical properties,and structural safety.Based on finite difference software FLAC3D,the composite high fill open cut tunnel model was established.The earth pressure and displacement inside backfill soil,as well as the mechanical properties of lining structure were analyzed.The result indicates that with the increase of lining structure,the mutual influence between adjacent lining structures is getting less and less,gradually close to a separated structure.As the open cut tunnel spacing increases,the soil stress and displacement above lining structure show an increasing trend.The horizontal and vertical stresses of soil,with same height of lining structure,increase with the increase of spacing.The axial force and bending moment of lining structure show a positive correlation with open cut tunnel spacing,while the increase is slight.When reaching a certain value of open cut tunnel spacing,it loses influence on the axial force and bending moment of lining structure.Therefore,the lining spacing of high fill structure should be controlled within a reasonable range during design and construction process.
