摘要
在高等教育数字化转型的背景下,智慧图书馆作为高校人才培养的重要支撑平台,正通过技术创新与服务重构推动教育生态的深刻变革。文章基于资源、空间、服务三维分析框架,系统探讨智慧图书馆赋能创新型人才培养的路径与策略。在资源维度,依托人工智能与大数据技术实现数字资源的活化利用与精准匹配;在空间维度,通过虚实融合学习场域与智能展陈空间优化育人功能;在服务维度,构建个性化、沉浸式的精准育人服务体系。不仅揭示了智慧图书馆在高等教育数字化转型中的枢纽价值,也为高校图书馆服务升级与人才培养模式优化提供了理论依据与实践参考。
Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of higher education,smart library,as a crucial support platform for talent cultivation in universities,is driving profound changes in the educational ecosystem through technological innovation and service reconfiguration.This study,based on a three-dimensional analytical framework of resources,space,and services,systematically explores the paths and strategies for smart library to empower the cultivation of innovative talents.In the dimension of resources,artificial intelligence and big data technologies are leveraged to activate the utilization and precise matching of digital resources.In the dimension of space,the integration of virtual and real learning environments and intelligent exhibition spaces is optimized to enhance the educational function.In the dimension of services,a personalized and immersive precise education service system is constructed.This study not only reveals the pivotal value of smart libraries in the digital transformation of higher education but also provides theoretical basis and practical references for the service upgrade of university libraries and the optimization of talent cultivation models.
