摘要
在市场经济体制中,员工从企业离职已经成为一种普遍和正常现象,但是现在很多企业对员工离职还缺乏正确的认知。员工虽然已经从企业离职,但是由于其与企业曾经具有的工作关系,离职后仍然会给企业带来品牌、管理、合作和人才等价值,因此企业非常有必要加强对离职员工的管理。文章基于离职员工对企业的价值及“前员工”身份,首次提出并研究了“后员工关系”及“后员工关系”管理的定义、“后员工关系”的特点,梳理了“后员工关系”管理的理论基础,并建议企业从“后员工关系”的建立、维护和延续路径等方面对离职员工进行管理,将离职员工转化为企业的跨界资源,提高企业竞争优势,促进企业发展。
In the market economy system,employee departure from the enterprise has become a common and normal phenomenon,but many enterprises still lack a correct understanding to employee departure.Although employees have left the enterprise,because of the work relationship they once had with the enterprise,they can still bring brand,management,cooperation and talent value to the enterprise after leaving,so enterprises have a very necessary to strengthen the management of departing employees.Based on the value of departing employees to the enterprise and the“former employee”identity,firstly,this paper puts forward the definition of“post-employee relationship”and“post-employee relationship”management.Secondly,it studies the characteristics of“post-employee relationship”.Thirdly,it sorts out the theoretical basis of“post-employee relationship”management.The last,it suggests that enterprises should manage departing employees from the establishment,maintenance,and continuation path of“post-employee relationship”management to transform departing employees into the cross-border resources of the enterprise,enhance the enterprise’s competitive advantage and promote the enterprise’s development.
