摘要
为控制三级谷加工过程中碎米率和碾米电耗,测试不同碾白道数、碾米机砂辊粗细度、糙米原料及其配比对碾米工艺效果的影响。在原有三道立式砂辊碾米机的基础上,增设一道卧式砂辊碾米机,搭配组合不同粗细度(24/30/36#)砂辊,进行为期7个月的生产实验,跟踪抽检原料、中间产物、产品的碎米率、统计对比时产、出米率及电耗等指标,发现用粗砂辊开糙、多级轻碾、逐级增加碾辊细度,加工三级籼稻的增碎率低,出米率高,加工电耗低,更适合三级籼稻的加工。
To control the broken rice and electric power consumption for the third-grade Indica rice milling,experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of different numbers of mills,roller roughness,and brown rice on the rice milling quality.Before the original three vertical emery mills,an additional horizontal emery mill was added,along with combinations of different roller roughness(24/30/36#)to conduct a seven-month experiment.Follow-up inspections were made on the raw materials,intermediate products,broken rice,and electrical power consumption during milling,it concluded that the coarser abrasion for the first emery mill and gradually increasing the roller smoothness of multiple following rolls,leading to lower broken rice,higher output and lower electrical power consumption.It would be suitable for the third-grade Indica rice milling.
