摘要
[目的]针对ZJ17卷接机组的风室烟丝仿真模型结构不完善、离散元仿真结果准确度较差的问题,根据烟丝运动特征对其结构模型进行优化。[方法]通过长度筛选将烟丝分为长丝、中丝、短丝3类,对长丝依据形状分类为标准长丝、部分较粗长丝、部分较细长丝、多分叉长丝4类。利用SOLIDWORKS软件对4类长丝、中丝、短丝烟丝结构进行抽样建模,采用EDEM软件进行离散元仿真。通过SPSS软件统计分析,发现长丝结构与长丝进入风室位置、在吸丝带上停留时间、吸丝带对长丝的吸附力之间具有负相关性且相关系数分别为-0.098,-0.986,-0.293。同时在长丝频率统计中发现8.6%的标准长丝、13.1%的部分较粗长丝、13.7%的部分较细长丝和10%的多分叉长丝在运动过程中出现异常。[结果]基于统计的异常长丝频率和长丝形状与运动情况的相关性构建长丝结构模型,模型中标准长丝、部分较粗长丝、部分较细长丝与多分叉长丝的长度比例约为2∶3∶3∶2。导入优化后长丝模型、中丝模型、短丝模型,在风室仿真中进行压力计算,发现结果平均准确率增加3%,平均节约时间达33.8%。[结论]在风室环境下基于烟丝运动特征优化了烟丝模型结构,优化后模型在准确率和时间方面明显优于原模型,为烟丝运动仿真提供了有效的模型参考。
[Objective]Aiming at the problems of imperfect structure and poor accuracy of discrete element simulation results of the air chamber tobacco simulation model of ZJ17 Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination,the structural model of tobacco was optimized according to its motion characteristics.[Methods]Tobacco was divided into long tobacco,medium tobacco and short tobacco,and the long tobacco was classified into four categories according to shape,namely,standard long tobacco,Partial thicker long tobacco,Partial thinner long tobacco and the multi-branched long tobacco.Four types of long tobacco,medium tobacco,and short tobacco were sampled and modeled using SOLIDWORKS software,and discrete element simulation was carried out using EDEM software.The SPSS statistical analysis shows that the long tobacco structure is negatively correlated with the position of long tobacco entering the wind chamber,the residence time of long tobacco on band and the suction force of the band on long tobacco,and the correlation coefficients are-0.098,-0.986 and-0.293,respectively.The frequency statistics of long tobacco showed that 8.6%of standard long tobacco,13.1%of Partial thicker long tobacco,13.7%of the Partial thinner long tobacco and 10%of the multibranched long tobacco were abnormal during motion.[Results]Based on the correlation between the frequency and shape of statistical abnormal long tobacco and motion,a long tobacco structure model was constructed.In the model,the length ratio of standard long tobacco,Partial thicker long tobacco,Partial thinner long tobacco and multi-branched long tobacco is about 2∶3∶3∶2.Introducing the optimized long tobacco model,medium tobacco model and short tobacco model in the wind chamber simulation,the pressure calculation was carried out.The results show that the average accuracy increased by 3%,and the average time saving reached 33.8%.[Conclusion]The tobacco model structure was optimized based on the motion characteristics of tobacco in the wind chamber environment.The optimized model was significantly superior to the original model in terms of accuracy and time,which provided an effective model reference for the tobacco motion simulation.
