摘要
该文应用基于离散相模型的拉格朗日粒子跟踪多相流方法,对某种工业流化床内复杂物料气力筛分过程进行了数值仿真分析。采用等效椭球粒子模拟复杂物料,通过Rosin-Rammler粒径分布函数和圆球变形系数的重构来引入物料组分的物理属性差异,通过与实验数据对比获得特殊边界上多孔介质模型参数,数值计算了设定气动参数范围内的物料运动和筛分现象,分析了气动参数和结构参数对物料流动现象的影响,并对流化床结构进行优化,获得了复杂物料良好气力筛分的仿真预报。
The process of the separation of the complicated particles in some industrial fluidized bed was numerical simulated by using the Lagrangian particle tracking multiphase method based on discrete multiphase model.Spherical particles were used to simulate the complicated particles.Rosin-Rammler distribution function and spherical shape factor were introduced to describe the difference of the physical properties of the materials.The inertial and viscous resistance coefficients were determined through comparing with the experiment's results.The particles'tracks and the separating phenomenon were simulated within the range of the given aerodynamic parameters and the influence of aerodynamic and structure's parameters were analyzed.Highly efficient separation was predicted through the optimization of the fluidized bed.
