平盖封头应力释放槽结构研究

摘要 对于平盖封头焊接压力容器,工程设计中通常采用设置应力释放槽来解决应力集中问题。对平盖封头应力释放槽结构进行研究,基于两种结构应力释放槽,对平盖封头与主筒体焊接连接处的应力分布进行分析。通过研究,确认U形应力释放槽对减小应力集中效果更佳,同时得到U形应力释放槽的最优尺寸建议。 For flat head welding pressure vessel,stress relief groove is usually used in engineering design to solve the problem of stress concentration.Research on the istructure of stress relief groove of flat head was carried out,and the stress distribution at the welding connection between flat head and main cylinder was analyzed based on two types of stress relief grooves.Through research,it has been confirmed that the U-shaped stress relief groove has a better effect on reducing stress concentration,and the optimal size recommendation for the U-shaped stress relief groove has been obtained.
