摘要
“职教出海”背景下的职业教育不仅承担着培养技术技能人才的使命,还肩负着传播中华优秀传统文化、筑牢文化自信根基的重要责任。中华优秀传统文化课程资源以其深厚的文化内核和独特的育人价值,成为高职院校培育学生文化自信、世界视野和时代精神的重要载体。针对当前高职院校中华优秀传统文化课程资源平面化、线性化、理论化的现状,文章提出立体化、图谱式、多语种开发的策略,以期赋能职业教育的国际化进程,培养既有专业素养、又具文化自觉的新时代工匠。
Under the background of"vocational education going global",vocational education not only undertakes the mission of cultivating technical and skilled talents,but also shoulders the important responsibility of spreading excellent traditional Chinese culture and building a solid foundation of cultural confidence.The excellent traditional Chinese culture curriculum resources,with their profound cultural core and unique educational value,have become an important carrier for vocational colleges to cultivate students'cultural confidence,global vision,and the spirit of the times.In response to the current situation of flat,linear,and theoretical development of excellent traditional Chinese cultural course resources in vocational colleges,this article proposes a strategy of three-dimensional,graphic,and multilingual development,in order to empower the internationalization process of vocational education and cultivate new era craftsmen who have both professional competence and cultural self-awareness.
