摘要
“职教出海”文化软实力建设是应对世界文化竞争态势的客观要求,是维护中国职教文化主权的主动追求,是落实国家对外开放战略的外在需求,是破解自身发展关键问题的内在诉求。当前“职教出海”文化软实力建设的现实困境主要表现为中国职教文化软实力与经济硬实力发展不平衡、国内感召力和国际影响力不显著、国际传播话语权和话语能力不强。因此,职业院校应在“职教出海”文化软实力建设中,履行其作为职业教育文化传承与创新主体的角色,以理念引领、制度保障、理论支撑、实践探索为行动指南,在校企同行、教随产出、标准互融、平台共建、品牌输出中突破积习定势、比鉴国际路径,以对外职教话语体系重构为突破口,以对外职教话语能力建设为着力点,讲好中国职教故事,全面提升中国职教文化国际传播效能。
The construction of cultural soft power of“Vocational Education Going Abroad”is an objective requirement to deal with the situation of world cultural competition,an active pursuit to safeguard the cultural sovereignty of vocational education in China,an external demand to implement the opening-up strategy,and an internal demand to solve the key problems of development.Currently,the realistic dilemma of the construction of cultural soft power of“Vocational Education Going Abroad”is mainly manifested in the unbalanced development of vocational education cultural soft power and economic hard power,the domestic appeal and international influence of vocational education culture are not significant,the international discourse power and discourse ability of vocational education culture are not strong,and the domestic public foundation of the construction of vocational education cultural soft power is not solid.Therefore,the breakthrough paths for the construction of cultural soft power of“Vocational Education Going Abroad”include:vocational colleges take the initiative to play their role as the main body of cultural inheritance and innovation of vocational education,take concept guidance,system guarantee,theoretical support and practical exploration as the action guide,and break through the established trends and compare the international paths in school-enterprise cooperation;going out with industry,mutual integration of Chinese and foreign standards,platform co-construction and China's vocational education brand building,take the reconstruction of international discourse system of China's vocational education as the breakthrough,focus on the construction of international discourse ability,telling the story of China's vocational education well,and comprehensively improving the international communication efficiency of China's vocational education culture.
