摘要
瓦斯抽采是预防瓦斯积累和爆炸的重要手段,对保障煤矿安全生产起到关键作用。然而,在煤矿瓦斯抽采过程中,由于钻探不足形成空白带,严重影响抽采效果。充分利用钻杆计数技术,确定钻孔深度、优化钻孔布置对保障钻孔作业顺利实施、瓦斯高效抽采至关重要,但井下复杂的环境给钻杆计数带来了极大挑战,严重制约了瓦斯抽采作业的整体效率和安全保障水平。为实现井下打钻过程中钻杆的自动计数,提出了一种基于钻场运动目标跟踪与目标智能识别自动计数技术。采用目标检测算法构建钻杆目标检测模型,使用卡尔曼滤波算法跟踪钻杆运动轨迹,通过多信息融合算法整合各类检测和跟踪信息得到钻杆的精确计数。应用结果表明,该算法在煤矿井下具备高精度的计数效果,准确率在99%以上。研究为煤矿打钻过程提供了技术支持,有助于保障作业安全和提升生产效率。
Gas extraction is an important measure to prevent gas accumulation and explosions,playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety of coal mine production.However,in the process of gas extraction in coal mines,due to insufficient drilling,empty white zones are formed,which seriously affects the extraction effect.Fully utilizing drill pipe counting technology to determine drilling depth and optimize drilling layout is crucial for ensuring the smooth implementation of drilling operations and efficient gas extraction.However,the complex underground environment poses great challenges to drill pipe counting,seriously restricting the overall efficiency and safety level of gas extraction operations.To address this,an automatic drill pipe counting technology based on motion target tracking and intelligent target recognition in the drilling field was proposed to achieve automatic counting during underground drilling.A drill pipe detection model was built using a target detection algorithm,and the Kalman filter algorithm was employed to track the movement trajectory of the drill pipe.Multi-information fusion algorithms were then used to integrate various detection and tracking data to obtain precise drill pipe counting.The application results indicate that the algorithm demonstrates high counting accuracy in underground coal mines,with an accuracy rate exceeding 99%.This technology provides technical support for drilling operations in coal mines,helping to ensure operational safety and improve production efficiency.
