摘要 自然伽马测井因其可有效识别钻遇地层岩性的特点,在煤矿井下逐步得到应用。基于对测井仪特殊应用环境的分析,提出了测井仪中采控一体化电路设计要求及其具备的功能模块,并设计了以微功耗、高性能、高集成度的STM32单片机为核心的采控一体化电路。在实验室环境下,对采控一体化电路进行了测试,测试结果表明,该电路工作性能稳定、功耗低,可按照预设配置参数有效采集、存储待测信息并经无线WiFi上传。 Natural Gamma logging has been gradually applied in underground coal mine because it can effectively identify the lithology of strata encountered by drilling.Based on the analysis of the special application environment of logging tool,the design requirements and functional modules of integrated circuit of acquisition and control in logging tool were put forward,and the integrated circuit of acquisition and control was designed based on the STM32 single chip microcomputer with micro power consumption,high performance and high integration.In the laboratory environment,the integrated circuit of acquisition and control was tested.The test results show that the circuit has stable performance and low power consumption,and can effectively collect and store the information to be tested according to the preset configuration parameters and upload it through WiFi.
