摘要
采用锦纶6单丝复合包缠技术、双丝复合包缠技术和短纤混纺纱技术开发了两种锦纶6长丝复合纱和锦纶6短纤混纺纱。优化纺纱工艺,采用“对锦纶6短纤维添加抗静电剂,对皮辊进行表面涂层,优选专件器材,捻度偏小设定,控制车间温湿度”等措施,解决了锦纶6纤维缠绕皮辊易粘连、条干不匀的纺纱难题。测试分析了成纱性能,结果显示:锦纶6长丝复合纱的强伸性较好,毛羽较少,条干较好,粗细节和棉结指标更优,疵点更少。
Two kinds of polyamide 6 filament composite yarn and polyamide 6 filament blended yarn are developed by using polyamide 6 monofilament composite wrapping technology,double filament composite wrapping technology and short fiber blended yarn technology.The spinning process is optimized,and measures such as adding antistatic agent to polyamide fiber,coating surface of the roller,selecting special equipment,setting low twist,controlling temperature and humidity in workshop,etc.are taken to solve the spinning problems of polyamide 6 fiber of easy adhesion of the winding roller and unevenness.The yarn performance is tested and analyzed.The results show that polyamide 6 filament composite yarn has better strength and elongation,less hair,better yarn evenness,better coarse details and cotton knots,and less defects.
