摘要
介绍了某核电站高压电机近年来绕组运行温度较高,为降低其温升所进行的研究分析,其中对电机内部风路设计、优化通风面积以及转子材质的更换进行了较为详细的论述,最终通过采取对电机转子结构优化、内部风路优化、部件加工工艺优化等方法,有效的解决了电机绕组运行温度高问题。
In order to further improve the defect identification ability of the phase modifier,a method of detecting local discharge signal of the phase modifier system based on phase tracking feedback is designed.The interference test is carried out on the phase modifier equipment to construct the local discharge detection system of meeting the in-site modulation.Through using the signal generator to form the sine wave and the cosine function with boundness characteristics to obtain the maximum amplitude,the research results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the phase attenuation value below 1.8 kHz.No feedback trace back can result in the large phase attenuation;the vibration amplitude of the sensor after phase feedback can be stabilized near 40 mV,and the good stability can be maintained under EMF disturbance of 100 Hz.The research results are helpful to improve the test efficiency and sensitivity of ultrasonic detection methods for the detect system defects.
