谐波对永磁防爆直线电机推力影响分析

摘要 永磁防爆直线电机凭借其出色的高推力密度和卓越的动态性能,在精密驱动领域得到了广泛应用。但是,其性能却受到气隙磁场谐波所引发推力波动的严重限制。现从气隙磁场谐波的角度入手,深入探讨其对推力产生的影响机制。通过构建磁动势与气隙磁导的模型,结合有限元仿真技术,论证了主要谐波阶次对推力波动的作用规律。研究发现,低次谐波(例如5次、7次)对平均推力有着显著的贡献,而高次谐波(如17次、19次)则是导致推力波动的主要原因。通过优化极弧系数和采用次级斜极设计,能够有效降低谐波幅值,将推力波动控制在5%以下。 The permanent magnet explosion-proof linear motors have been widely applied in the field of precision drive due to their excellent high thrust density and outstanding dynamic performance.However,its performance is severely limited from the thrust fluctuations caused by the harmonics of air-gap magnetic field.Starting from the perspective of the harmonics of air-gap magnetic field,this paper deeply explores the influence mechanism of it on thrust generation.By constructing the models of magnetomotive force and air-gap magnetic permeability,this paper demonstrates the effect law of the main harmonic orders on the thrust fluctuation by combining the finite-element simulation technology.The research has found that the low-order harmonics(such as the 5th and 7th)make a significant contribution to the average thrust and the high-order harmonics(such as the 17th and 19th)mainly causes the thrust fluctuations.By optimizing the polar arc coefficient and designing the secondary skewed pole,the harmonic amplitude can be effectively reduced,and the thrust fluctuation can be controlled below 5%.
