电机电磁振动特性同步信号卡尔曼滤波偏移补偿

Kalman Filter Offset Compensation for Synchronous Signal of Electromagnetic Vibration Characteristics of Electric Motors

摘要 电机运行过程中受到振动频率信号的影响不可忽略,对其电磁监测是热点之一。为了进一步提高永磁同步电机的电磁稳定性,设计了一种电机电磁振动特性同步信号卡尔曼滤波偏移补偿方法。在分析跨层同步采集误差累积机制的基础上,开展晶振频率偏移跟踪分析。经过滤波处理采集节点,利用卡尔曼滤波器能有效匹配温度的波动。研究结果表明:利用采集模块监测确定SFD状态翻转,把结果传输到定时器中实现采样周期的校准,由此达到同步采集电磁振动参数的功能。实验验证本设计的电磁振动结构累积误差控制效果,节点间同步采集误差不超过0.6 us。该研究有助于提高对电机电磁特性的了解,度以稳定电机输出具有重要的意义。 The influence of the vibration frequency signal on the motor in operation can not be ignored,the electromagnetic monitoring of which is one of the hot spots.In order to further improve the electromagnetic stability of PMSM,a Kalman filter offset compensation method for synchronous signal of electromagnetic vibration characteristics of PMSM is designed.On the basis of analyzing the error accumulation mechanism of cross-layer synchronous acquisition,this paper analyzes the crystal oscillator frequency offset tracking.After filtering the acquisition node,Kalman filter was used to effectively match with the temperature fluctuation.The research results show that the function of synchronous acquisition of electromagnetic vibration parameters can be achieved through monitoring and determining the SFD state flip based on the acquisition module and realizing the calibration of acquisition period based on the transmission of the result to the timer.The cumulative error control effect of the designed electromagnetic vibration structure has been verified by experiments,which synchronous acquisition error between nodes is less than 0.6 us.This research is helpful to improve the understanding of electromagnetic characteristics of the motor,and has an important significance to stabilize the output of the motor.
