防爆电机在复杂环境中的安全防护与可靠性分析

摘要 防爆电机广泛应用于石油化工、矿业、制药等高危环境,其安全性和可靠性直接影响生产稳定性。分析防爆电机的工作原理及国际安全标准,探讨其在高温、高湿、粉尘、腐蚀及震动环境下的防护措施,并采用故障树分析(FTA)、失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)和寿命预测等方法对防爆电机的可靠性进行评估。结合智能监测技术,实现实时状态监控与预测性维护,提高设备稳定性,减少突发故障。通过石油化工行业案例,验证优化方案的有效性,结果表明,智能监测与预测性维护可降低故障率,提高电机寿命,减少非计划停机,提升运行效率。本研究为防爆电机的安全设计、可靠性提升及智能化运维提供参考。 The explosion-proof motor is widely used in the high risk environments such as petrochemical,mining and pharmaceutical areas,of which the safety and reliability directly affects the production stability.This paper analyzes the working principles and international safety standards of the explosion-proof motors,discusses the protection measures in high temperature,high humid,dust,corrosion and high vibration environments.The methods such as the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA)and lifetime prediction are adopted to evaluate the reliability of motor.It realizes the real-time condition monitoring and predictive maintenance to improve the equipment stability and then decrease the random failure by combining with the intelligent monitoring technology.The cases of petrochemical industry have verified the validity of the optimization scheme.The result shows that the intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance can decrease the failure rate of motor,extend the lifetime of motor,reduce the unplanned downtime and then enhance the operating efficiency.This research provides a reference for the safety design,reliability enhancement as well as intelligent operation and maintenance of explosion-proof motor.
