355 kW高压异步起动永磁同步电机的设计与优化

摘要 设计一台355 kW的高压异步起动永磁同步电机,代替原来驱动液压泵的高压异步电机。为满足液压泵负载工况以及电机自起动的设计要求,将原异步电机在保证基本尺寸不变的条件下,增容改造为高效节能且自起动的异步起动永磁同步电动机。从分析电机气隙长度、永磁体位置和尺寸以及转子槽形和尺寸对电机电磁性能的影响和作用着手,结合Maxwell有限元仿真软件对电机电磁场的仿真计算来完成电机改造方案的设计和优化。最后通过有限元仿真结果的分析和对比,可以确定所设计的异步起动永磁同步电机不仅满足设计要求,而且性能优于原有的异步电机。 A 355 kW high-voltage asynchronous starting PMSM is designed to replace an original high-voltage induction motor that drives the hydraulic pump.In order to meet the load condition of hydraulic pump and the design requirements self-starting motor,the old induction motor is carried out the transformation of capacity expansion into an high-efficiency energy-saving self-starting PMSM under the condition of ensuring same basic size.Starting from the influence and function analyses of the motor air-gap length,the permanent magnets position and size as well as the rotor slot shape and size on the electromagnetic performance of motor,this paper completes the design and optimization of the motor transformation scheme based on simulation calculation of electromagnetic field with Maxwell finite-element simulation software.Through the analysis and comparison of finite-element simulation results,it can be finally confirmed that the designed asynchronous starting PMSM not only meets the design requirements,but also has better performance than original induction motor.
