摘要
针对无轴承感应电机转子槽形对电机性能具有较大影响,分析了槽肩形状对电机启动特性、负载特性以及转子系统悬浮力的影响.以一台四极无轴承电机为研究对象,在转速受悬浮绕组影响较小情况下,通过有限元仿真不同槽肩高和槽肩宽电机性能,得出的设计在一定程度上减少了转矩波动,齿肩宽相比齿肩高对转矩振动和悬浮力的影响更大,并为后续设计此类电机奠定了槽形优化理论基础与方法.
Given that the slot shape of the rotor in bearingless induction motors has a significant impact on motor performance,this paper analyzes the influence of slot shoulder shape on motor starting characteristics,load characteristics and levitation force of rotor system.Under the condition that the speed is less affected by the suspended winding,this article studies a four-pole bearingless motor and simulates the performance of motors with different slot shoulder heights and widths by finite element method.The obtained design reduces torque fluctuations to a certain extent,and the influence of slot shoulder width on torque vibration and levitation force is greater than that of shoulder height.This lays the theoretical basis and method for slot shape optimization in the subsequent design of such motors.
