摘要
电机在长期运行的过程中受到振动频率信号的影响不可忽略,在设备唤醒期间,板载组件的热效应不容忽视,可能引发晶振频率的微小偏差。综合考虑硬件与嵌入结构固件,通过设置合适嵌入型多任务优先级,确保无线传感器网络进行电机振动参数采集时满足同步采集要求。研究结果表明:构建嵌入型多任务优先级架构时需确保每个任务都满足实时性条件。随着晶振频偏精度的提升,能够实现同步采集误差累积速率的大幅降低。经过滤波处理得到的采集节点同步信息周期非常接近理论值,可以有效适应温度变化情况。该研究有助于提高电机的远程控制能力,具有很好的应用价值。
The influence of vibration frequency signal on electric motor can not be ignored in the process of long-term operation.During the wake-up process of equipment,the thermal effect of the onboard components can not be ignored,which may cause a small deviation of the crystal oscillator frequency.This paper comprehensively considers the hardware and the embedded structure firmware,and ensures that the wireless sensor networks can meet the synchronous acquisition requirements of motor vibration parameters by setting the appropriate embedded multi-task priority.The research results show that each task should be ensured to satisfy the real-time condition when constructing the embedded multi-task priority structure.With the precision improvement of crystal oscillator frequency offset,the accumulation rate of synchronous accumulation error can be greatly reduced.The synchronization information period of the acquisition node obtained by filtering process is very close to the theoretical value,which can effectively adapt to the temperature change.This research is helpful to improve the remote control ability of the motor and has a good application value.
